By signing this agreement, you authorize Trustber CPA ("the Firm") to begin the professional work required for your tax planning and preparation. This engagement serves as our formal "go-ahead" to begin analyzing your financial data, identifying tax-saving opportunities, and preparing your returns.

Scope of Work

Our professional services include, but are not limited to: thorough review of all uploaded documentation, proactive tax strategy identification, entity-specific compliance checks, and final preparation of federal and state tax returns as applicable.

Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide complete, accurate, and timely information. The Firm's ability to provide high-quality professional work is dependent on the transparency and accuracy of the data provided by the Client.

The Firm will maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and data security. All information shared during this engagement is protected by professional privilege and industry-standard encryption protocols.

Professional Fees

Fees for professional services will be billed as outlined in your specific service plan. By authorizing this engagement, you acknowledge the fee structure and agree to the payment terms associated with the professional work performed.
